Does anyone know if Jackson County has a similar program for used instruments? Ken Kozora, who manages this project in Washtenaw County and wrote the following post, is a friend of mine.
It's that time of year to rummage through your attic, basement and garage in search of musical instruments that aren't being played. The 12th annual Horns For The Holidays instrument "recycling" drive will help get instruments into the hands of children who can't afford to purchase their own.
